RE:13.5 pennies (pre consolidation). Hard to believe. EomDefinitely a new low for PIPE. I am no expert but I it looks unlikely we'll hit $3.50 in 2019. Apparently the market sentiment is that it is not going to get there anytime soon.
What is obvious is current management will have to hit every milestone with zero mistakes (in other words don't do what previous management did).
