RE:RE:One more question for the board These are all valid points, skiptoggle.
Share prices were decimated in the first half of 2020. This was the worst time to issue any equity. Hibernation was the best strategy and it didn't take long for markets to recover and shares of most E&Ps are now trading above pre-covid prices.
Pipestone major shareholders didn't want to wait and, as it turns out, Riverstone and GMT got themselves a great deal.
The question "when will investors be rewarded" should be better addressed to Riverstone. These guys also control Hummerhead which has a lot of acreage southeast of Pipestone and producing more than 35,000 boed. https://www.hhres.com/sites/default/files/pdf/HHRCorporatepresentationseptlatest2019.pdf
There are lots of talks about M&As and all sorts of transactions between public and private E&Ps but I wish, we could all read Riverstone's mind or had access to their secret plan. Until then, patiently holding a certain number of PIPE shares in a portfolio of many Montney producers.
