RE:News release: CNOR has been pronounced deadI don't think CNOR is taking profit. They paid more than they are leaving with. The question is why now when things are going good. There is so much more to this story than in the news release and that is what concerns me.
Plus adding a new director to serve on the audit comittee at the same time, that's an odd coincidence.
