RE:BuyoutI have thought about the possibility of mergers. For example ARX to the south has lots of assets close. I have heard that steel for tubing is so short they are re using out of weaker wells ( not totally sure how that works) but a 1 share for every 2 shares of pipe would make sense
Or NVA with wembley assets. Same deal. Rigs idled due to shortage of men and steel. Maybe a 2 for 3 share merger.
These are just my own thoughts and no insider info. Just cant help but think we are headed to mergers and not so much aquistions
