montrus,

from what I've read on this board the past few days/weeks, there have been (possibly) a few suitors.
Whatever bids they made, high or low, they themselves must have considered them reasonable, a fair price, all considerations considered.

In the industry it surely is known by now, that "reasonable bids" are rejected by PIPE (GMT?).
Whenever too many guys have stubbed their nose on the same pretty girl, the others get apprehensive.
The girl may well become a wall flower.
That's the poor option.

And hey, presto, "Prince Charming"?
Russian? Charming? Pffft.
Could be, could also be ugly prince Olav.
Remember the "series of unfortunate events"?
Unlike that movie, we might not see such a happy ending.

I think Mrmomo misunderstood my pessimism in a previous post where I mentioned that we will not see a bid as high as our ATH shareprice . I don't think we will.
ATH in 2016 was $6.92, but I actually was referring to the high of 2022 and that was $6.57
I do not think that a bid that will be accepted lies above $6.57.

P.M.: You know what that means with regard to May 2023 :-)
         Remember we're not there yet.

Anyway, I also mentioned then that all longtimers (meaning the ones that backed up the truck when SP was in the 0.50's) would show smiling faces.
My average on the leftover 65K is ~C$1.08 and I would with a smiling face accept any offer >$4.-

$7.- would make me happier, but that's not going to happen.
My molded, hand compressed sand ball is a bit different from the usual crystal version ;-)

Starting from today's positions and prices, my PM and BM stocks will perform better than PIPE will.

I have earlier considered what I could buy from "then" PIPE sales in "then" other companies.
If I would do the same at today's prices, the 35K sold would not pay for the bill.
So far I'm a happy camper.

Have fun.
