RE:Voted against. At least we now know why management put all of that money in the ground rather than buy back shares and increase the value of those. Wouldn't want Watrous to have to pay a fair price for our shares, and they get all of that capex at a discount.
We don't need Watrous, there are a very limited number of assets like PIPE remianing. Someone else will buy us out. Maybe not today, but very likely as we continue to grow our production.
