GMT exposed Pipestone management dishonest to shareholdersif not outright fraud. GMT has noted they talked to 4 other CEO's and they are aware of offers at a significant higher price than Strathcona on the table. Just heard that on Twitter spaces. Tom Claugus talked personally to adjacent CEOs. Hoffman is a snake. These guys want their personal compensation. Not sure why Riverstone wants to rip themselves off.
