Where's the copper to come from?

Where's the copper to come from?Where's the copper to come from to meet future demand?
According to Robert Friedland we need to mine as much copper in the next20 years as we have in the past 110 - where is this copper to comefrom?

LONDON -"We need more copper in the next 20 years than was mined in thelast 110 years," Ivanhoe Chairman Robert Friedland is reported as sayingat the Diggers and Dealers conference in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, last week. "Those of us in the business don't have any idea where thismetal is going to come from."
Most serious analysts of the copper sector point to declining resourcesand grades at the world's largest copper mines which are not beingreplaced sufficiently by new deposits being brought on stream - andthose major deposits  that are being considered and developed carry, forthe most part much lower grades and require huge capital to get themoff the ground.
