Two Birds

Two BirdsThere is an old saying that goes "two birds in the hand are better than one in the bush". That is true of resource juniors, unless you have an inside track on a stock that is drilling and comes out with a big hit before the market gets the news, the best time to buy an exploration stock is just after it has made a major discovery. 95% of all juniors are just farmland that will never become a mine. If you buy in before a discovery you have a 95% chance of watching your money sit there and do nothing and probably go down. If you look at The Lassonde curve the best time to buy is after the first big initial hit, because you know the company you have put your money in has something that can drive the share price, but it must be a big discovery. CHEERS!
