As for the 2M$ loan, it is very strange.
1, Bed itself has 4M$ saving in the bank for interest much lower than 10%
2, Bed borrow the loan through the landlord, not directly from the bank
3, The warehouse rent is farely low
I guess it might be related to the rent. The landlord regreted and Bed found a way to make both sides happy. You know what I am saying. you should if you do business.
