RE:What would an NDP Victory in the Polls mean to the Industry?The NDP surge is certainly something to account for. From my understanding the only stance of MJ they NDP has is to decriminalize possesion. I don't think they have much interest in tinkering with the MMPR, but I think as the debates approach, we will hear about a more thourough NDP stance on the matter.
What I worry about most is a minority government. Those are notoriously ineffective on moving legislature, which would not bode well for our industry as we need a nible govenment to keep the industry moving along with laws to back.
