Market likes the deal as Tweed goes up so does the offer. $2.08 X 0.465 = 96.72 cents. I'll wait and submit my shares to the offer for Tweed shares. I can see Tweed shares appreciating even higher as industry expands.

If or when this deal goes through...each share will be sold @.83...or is BED shares price irrelevant...I ask since it might take 6 weeks to finalize this where could the share price go during that very ling time period? C
