price movement

price movementAnyone have any info on this lack of stock price movement up, with natural gas moving up nicely? Any analyst reports or ratings out there? What I don't understand is all these shares issued at $1.82. Who would pay this price for them considering the current market price?? I would have thought that the market price would have moved up to closer to the $1.82 mark. Am I missing something? Any info greatly appreciated.
