Mistura Beauty Products Ltd. During the year ended September 30, 2018, the Company charged Mistura Beauty Solutions Inc., a private beauty solutions company partially-owned by an Officer and Director of the Company, $1,086 for shipping expenses incurred. As at September 30, 2018 an amount of $1,227 (including HST), is included in due from related parties ($Nil as at September 30, 2017). Subsequent to September 30, 2018, the shipping expenses were reimbursed in full. JAG Sky Inc. As at June 30, 2019, the Company has prepaid $33,000 to JAG Sky Inc for advance flight hours, a private air charter services company wholly-owned by an Officer and Director of the Company, for air travel to be used in the potential sale of the Romer mineral property ($33,000 as at September 30, 2018). Since there is no scheduled flight to be taken at year end, the entire amount has been classified to be included in amounts due from related parties
