The Company is engaged in supplying batteries to the professional motor sports industry and supplies a complete line of lightweight high-powered battery systems for the transportation market. The Company is a provider for a number of professional auto racing series, including Indycar, DTM, SuperGT and Australian V8 Supercars, along with many of the prototypes and GT cars in the IMSA TUDOR sports car series. It is also a supplier to teams in Open Wheel, Drag Racing, Rally, and SCCA. Its brand names include Micro-lite, Green-lite, Super 16 Volt Lithium, Intensity, Intensity Carbon, and Fleet-lite. Its AGM brands include Endurance Series, Carbon AGM and Lightweight AGM. It is also focused on development of the ELECTRAFY brand, which primarily focuses on the design and manufacturing of fully integrated Back-up Power Systems (BPS), as well as stand-alone Energy Storage Systems (ESS).

Unless compelled to sell, i am tempted to beleive that Grafoid wont unload all their shares just yet seeing that they could make much money off these shares.
The penultimate NR from BES.V stated that Braille is aware Grafoid is selling shares but there has been no SEDI fillings except for the one from Jan 06. Grafoid unloaded shares in January at 6 cents not long after, price jumped to the teens.
If indeed Grafoid has been selling, we would have seen another filling. I think Grafoid sees where this price is going they wont want to unload cheap like they did in January.
