RE:RE:Northstar Has Entered into a Short Term FinancingIts a pretty good deal for shareholders - no dilution, at least not right now. The first part is a revenue sharing deal, Playtech gives 4MM in marketing and is reimburesed through revenue. the second part is debt financing at 8% due in a year.
Much better than doing a deal down here. Lets hope they can get this thing up before doing a dilutive financing next year. Doesnt look like a problem IMO
