Volume Remains Very Low Relative To OS

Which means that the shares are largely tightly held and the shares trading are likely coming more from day traders hands and frustrated retailers and most likely being bought by insiders who took part in the higher raises to buy cheap. So far historically there hasnt been any repricing on the raises which is great as it shows a trust between the company and all its backers who took part and creates stability in the share value moving forward.

Like i said if this was constantly trading in the millions and down as we are yeah i would worry and who knows maybe sell off significant chunks i dont know but sell some amounts just to cover my basis but that is not the case and something to worry about. What we have are cheap shares where it is most likely insiders know and simply dumped at .08 plus and are possibly buying .07 and will hold the shares and strategically move them on an ongoing basis.

What i am most concerned is low value raises however i dont believe a raise will be done less than .15 but really theoretically if this company is to be taken seriously and something worth holding by those who are doing so lonher term the next one when it happens should be done abive .175 we want progression not regression and if the next raise is below that people will lose faith and may simple sell out or change their trading strategy which will not be good overall for everyone involved unless Playtech is looking to acquire next to nothing but if the revenues etc keep growing well the price theoretically should move.

I will continue to look at .10 or less should be in the money no matter what worst case buyoit i put .50 to $2.00  so ultimately i dont think we will do any worse than .50 but not my narrative i will hold through the year see where things are and if not great i have 4000 shares reserved to trade lower than $1.20s where i look at 9000 and hold the rest for higher values.

The volume woukd have to be like 10 million or more constantly for me to be concerned about these gutter share values. That is 10 percent we are not even anywhere near half a percent...we may get to one quarter percent if the average volume gets to 250k the number is actually half of a quarter percent at this volume .0012953368  so all this is meaningless with shares just flushing out. That said i expect the next raise no less than .175 which would still be way too much dilution for my liking 57,142,857 doubled due the warrants. It should not be less than .25 which would be 40,000,000 than include warrants that would still be too high for my liking given we are already near 200 million os already  but things will be what they are and if strong enough revenue offset and ultimately gross than net profit it can still do well but ideally i dont want to see more than 300 million os unless the offsets are extremely strong. I dont think we will do that good from where we sit to 300 million as i am sure a raise will be done for that 10 million to pay out the promissory note and that is what i fear will bring us to 300 million give or take .

I will not worry about that as i can only manage my shares and adjust my strike points as needed and i certainly will not sell less than at least 1.5 times. Buying at a dime abd no more gives me very pragmatic strike points. I will not buy higher than that i already decide. Way too many shares right now if this doesnt live up to at least $1 plus even then i am happy with what i have but like i said this becomes an option as long as under a dime and one of my top ones as it is generating decent revenue and growth but the dilution is the x factor i am most concerned about. Lets see when the cheap pieces of paper are churned througjh and what price the next raise is at i do expect nothing less than a quarter otherwise this will spin to 400 million plus os and that will not be easy to offset 300 million isnt either but i am hard pressed to believe that we will not hit close or above next raise.

It will be what it will be but at least i know why this is likely trading so low.
