In the summer they quickly answered and were willing and eager to chat over the phone. Complete silence could be interpreted in many ways but I find it curious that they have gone completely silent on social media as well. Before the financing was announced they were increasingly active.

Both of them were in France this week for what I presume is to work with Orange on the launch of the product since Margaux has been repeatedly going to Europe to work with Orange as per their LinkedIn feed.

Not to mention I'm sure they've been getting bombarded with emails from finicky shareholders who want constant updates on the PP.

Well if the stock price hasn't gone done like crazy, then the raise would of closed already IMO. The stock price descent is something they can control. Part of the duty of the firm hired to conduct the PP is to support the stock price I'm told, which they obviously haven't done.

The fact that it hasn't close could mean a lot of things so it's stupid to speculate. It could mean they have some large partners coming in the financing, but they're ironing out the deals. What if a carrier comes in the deal? It would take some time to get the term sheet done, get the signatures, etc. -- they'd have to move around the partner's schedule and not theirs.

Let us see what transpires. I personally trust the management and their decisions.
