RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BeWhere Announces Withdrawal of Prelim. Short Form ProspectuI disagree. You're right that it's pocket change for Bell and AT&T, but that's missing the point entirely. Carriers know LTE-M tracking products will be a huge market in the future, hence why they invested in the LTE-M towers. And it's extremely easy to see the potential size of the LTE-M market in the future based on the current related telematics market.
Many carriers have acquired telematics companies in the past, they will certainly do the same with LTE-M tracking companies eventually. Certainly, BeWhere won't be acquired today, but maybe in a few years when their sales figure justifys an acquisition, it could be much easier for a carrier who's already invested to buy out the rest of the company.

the best for BEW is to raise whatever amount they can raise from insiders/ staff/promoters at 0.27, that will be about 0.5 M, another 0.5M from warrant at 0.25 if price stay 0.30 or above and loan from bank and buyer credit will do.
if BEW go for 0.20 fund raise, share price will go down to 0.15 cents and will not recover by mid March and warrant will be out of money.
Hope management make best decision in interest of all share holders
