RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Is revised raise is also in trouble?Hello. I didn't know the company when they first announce the raise at 27 cents. I would probably still have participated as the proceeds are mostly for inventory and European expansion. And yes I have more confidence now since they are getting a strategic partner (I suspect it's Bell but who knows!). This partner could provide a buyout exit point down the road at 2$-3$. They need to increase sales in the next few quarters to reach 2M per Quarter, so they break-even on their operations. If this happens, I'm confident that the share price can reach 1$ this year. Cheers

It is good to know that raise is over subscribed. May I ask, were you interested in buying BEW at 0.27 also against Nov. 13,2018 prospectus or you got interested when the price was reduced to 0.19. Should I assume that you got interested because BEW is now getting a “Strategic Partner” willing to invest up to $1M or it has no bearing on your decision? The mystery to me is that we all expect the share price to move 0.50 by end 2019 and a $1 by 2020 but can’t sell $2M worth share at 0.27 at the end of 2018

I've expressed my interest on January 14 and got an allocation confirmed on Jan 15 of only half of my original interest. So basically, the deal is full since that date. I've done my due diligence prior to invest and it seems like a very good company with a LOT of potential.
