No competitor of Bell will deal with Bew because now Bell will know the price, volume and any other details for any purchase of its competitors from Bew.
More worrying is Bew disclosing that they subsidies devices they sell. That means recurring revenue has to cover losses for devices and provide gross profit.
Better Bew come with some good news fast or 20M shares sold at 0.19 will be in market in May or June 2019
$1M is pocket change for Bell, no one is disputing that. The critical point is that Bell usually takes out companies rather than invest in them.
To your point about competitors of Bell not wanting to deal with BEW, I strongly disagree. Many telematics companies have been taken out who sold to multiple competiting carriers in North America. Furthermore, BEW sells mainly through resellers who can sell to any customer they desire.
Where did you see that they subsidize the devices they sell? With Bell, I know they mark-up device and I don't believe they subsidize. The customer pays for the device upfront and BEW collects the monthly recurring from Bell.
Investors need to stop being so impatient. The team got back from GSMA not too long ago so let's let them work. They obviously have some catching up to. More importantly, the quarterly results should speak for themselves.
