I think the new product is being tested using a FedEx truck but has nothing to do with FedEx operation. If FedEx needs a tracker for its truck BEW regular tracckers will be better as these trackers come multi year battery life while BeMini has to recharge every few days.

BeMini is to track smaller objects like pets, drones, bikes etc.

Yes it is a mystery why BEW is not able to sell more of its products. Not sure if it is poor marketing or limitation with its products.
