Why delaying Q4 & 2020 ResultsWhy is BeWhere taking whole 4 months to declare last Q & year end results?

It is a 6-8M revenue company with simple business. BeWhere has all contract manufacturing so it is only designing, purchasing and selling small trackers & sensors.

For God sake BEW has full time highly paid CFO with a CGA licence. He should b able to prepare report in few days and give it to auditors for final review/audit. 

Stock is in free fall & will keep doing so till someting good or bad news is out.
