AGM 2022 I virtually attended the AGM and was the only shareholder who asked questions. I may b the only shareholder other than directors & employees of BeWhere to attend the AGM. I was surprised the people who claims to owns millions of BeWhere shares and search all social media platforms to find any & every news, don't have time or intention to attend AGM.
My question and CEO response:
Q1-Is BeWhere buying back shares & if yes how many shares bought so far.
A: Couple of trades so far. CEO is buying shares regularly.
Q2: can company provide guidance on EPS & when will BeWhere have 1 cent EPS
A: We don't provide quidance. In 2021 BeWhere had about half cent May b this year if everything goes right
Q3: How many BeMini order received or sold so far
A: 3000 by end of 2022Q1
Q4: warrant issued in Feb 2019, exercisable at 35c, have been in money only for 3 days in 3 years. Will these warrants b in money before expiry in Feb 2024
A: Can't comment of stock price. Consider stock is under valued.
