BeWhere started buying at 23-24 cents but then let the price go down to 19 cent and didn't buy.
BeWhere has cash. Management has to create a creditability by indicating that if price goes down to a certain level, we will keep buying till limit is reached. Buying 10K here and 20K there is not going to work.
