Yes. I have seen so much downfall in the stock price from 60c to 9c. I have seen first time in my 40 years investing carrier a company withdrawing the private placement offer and come back in 3 weeks at 20% discount. I have seen both the first and second PP warrant expiring without ever being in money. I have seen management over promising and under delivery.

But what ends well is well. Still BEW is my biggest holding and I still hold BEW shares in low 6 digits.
