BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

Not sure what you are getting at? Are you a Canopy investor trying to pump it? Are trying to say that Hexo shouldn't have locked down the Molson deal and walk away? What in you opinion would have been better the Molson JV deal or no deal at all? Are you a insider that had the privilege of being at the negotiation table and feel like more could have been negociated? Are you a Canopy share holder that just wants to gloat? 2 rights don't make a wrong. The Canopy/constalation deal is a good one. Although I suggest you re-read the terms to understand it completely before saying Hexo had to pay but not canopy. But the point is Molson's deal is also a good one. Let me explain it in terms that your limited brain capacity can understand. If a kid offers your friend to trade an iPad for his toy car, it doesn't mean that an offer to share an iPad in order to play with your toys car is a bad one. Like I said... Maybe you should leave investing to adult and go play with your iPad and toy cars kid.
