"Regarding future dilution, here's the response I got when contacting Hexo's IR.

The shelf prospectus allows us to obtain more capital financing (not debt, but bonds) if we wanted to invest in or partner with another Fortune 500 company. Our goal is to become one of the top companies. consumer products. To do this, we must have access to capital. The initial impact is that this can potentially impact the value of the stock by adding more capital (common shareholders), which can dilute the stock price. On the other hand, in the long term this will allow more investors to acquire shares, which means that the price of our shares could increase. We have an extremely competent team and know that none of our decisions are taken lightly.

I will remain at your disposal if I can assist you with any other questions you may have."
