OVER PRODUCTION = MASSIVE SURPLUS = PRICE CRASHThe pundits were right - they were saying all long there would be over production when all the LP`s were rushing to increase growing capacity. Well now we are there...ACB sold less than 1/2 of their quarterly production with another bumper crop in the queue. Everyone and their brother are growing.....by the time the next quarterly nuymbers start rolling out there will be even bigger surpluses. I believe this stuff has a best before date, so when product sits on the shelf for too long it will get returned and destroyed. I do not see any catalyst for a turn around - here with Hexo or any of the other producers. It was a valiant try for Canada to be first out of the gate and establish industry leading standards, but scandal after scandal has dulled the shine. If federal legalization becomes an election ploy south of the border, and I think it will - that market will become so saturated with upstarts that penetration by Canadian LP`s will be non-existent...Where will the growth be found. Looking more and more like it was all pie in the sky. I hope I`m wrong, but I think it gets a lot worse around here before any signs of a rebound magically appear. GLTA
