Short Volume Daily Ratio Data

Short Volume Daily Ratio DataAnother site that is useful, challenge is speculating on what "Short Seller Activity" actually represents.  Are they adding to their accounts or covering their positions?  Both trades likely get reported as "Short Seller Activity"

Similar challenge on the total short position report.  Did more come in on a lower price and higher positions covered or did the majority cover?  If the number is lower then one can expect that even if more came in, the majority covered.

The last question on a higher short position number is, how many are stuck in there that took a short position out below the lows of the last number of months?  Are there short sellers in there that just simply can't afford to buy out their position at the current shareprice ?  If this is the case the short number can increase over time as well

Makes your eyes cross a bit but it's important to track if you decide to short the stock.

Personally I do not like risking a play that has no cap on the down-side.  I am also optimistic on the stock so my view on shorting at these levels is my own.
