RE:IMHO....the lack of movementAt this point in time in the day where the SP has not moved much on the day of earinings, I agree with your assessment. I would add one other imiportant piece - the high share count close to 600,000 M is something that keeps institutional investors away from the stock - there are some but not many because of CONTROL. A reverse split, although it will raise the cost of a share, will make the company attrative to investors who want CONTROL. At this time, they have little CONTROL, given such a high share couint which is why a reverse split may not be good for current investors, but would be for the BOD and the company.
