RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HEXO's HIP.WT.A warrents (lvl2)I had a long conversation with my broker on the topic (call your own to confirm) and what he told me was that shares and warrants cannot be pulled in by brokers for the purpose of shorting unless they are held in a margin account (so if you are holding a short position yourself). If you are trading like the average investor does then you likely didn't open a margin account. Again, you can confirm with a call to your broker and they don't mind answering questions.
Short sellers are required to buy back anything they shorted so if you think a short seller may be in need of your shares or warrants you can post them for sale and a short seller may buy them from you (even at super high prices) in order to get out of the short position.
