RE:RE:Shelf prospectus...Game is on!No I have been invested in the sector for 3+ years and try to keep up to date on news & rumors and regularly get a good laugh of everybody on this "soap opera" of a board...and get a pulse of the moment from all the rancid and retarded attitude of mostly sad lonely people (proven by all their spent time on the board) my comment or question was actually more of an observation/remark on the fact that it's really only normal for an emerging company/ sector to find ways of financing... No one as list (or as kept note) of what/when companies have somited base prospectus unless invested in or looking forward to but anyone (you included) paying attention to news knows it's the majority of the bigger ones(excluding the hype years of pre/post legalisation when EVERYBODY was doing it!)my point being it's a legitimate strategy when youre triying to get on top and not get distanced or bought by those who do...it mostly depends on your ability to time your move with the market so as not to influence your share price negatively...but you know all of that, youre one of the interesting character in this sht show ;) the bad guys were alway's my favorite when I was young!
