The top priority is sales growth. Establish the sales growth engine first and then tackle all these things, hence why they tackled Demand Forecasting first which has demonstrated significant return on investment already. All this other things will follow. If you want to wait for all these things to be in place already then do so but by that time, you will have missed out on important gains. What we all know is that leadership has proven to be able to make good decisions fast and execute. Sometimes bad decisions are made but they have proven to be able to pivot and correct course quickly.
