RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:**Attention** New comers to this board (updated)HEXO has the supply agreement with Israel with their last shipment just missing the cutoff date for reporting last QTR

HEXO is working on getting into Germany and have licenses to distribute

HEXO noted future plans for Poland

HEXO did have an operation in Greece however that one appears to be on hold or dead (I am leaning towards dead myself therefore it seldom gets mentioned).

HEXO is currently selling drinks into the US with Molson and expanding across more of Colorado.  Production facility is purchased and being upgraded to come online.

HEXO is doing well within Canada, last report was a negative surprise, market reacted in a negative fashion, next report will include more sales than what was included in the last report and should in all reality exceed not only the previous report but the $45 Million dollars in sales noted on the report previous to our last one.

Even in states that have legalized pot, the senators in those states won't necessarily vote for a bill that legalize it on the national level. Right now Biden doesn't have the 60 votes, and in the 2022 mid-term election, it will get even worse as the GOP might very well take both the house and the senate. Hexo and other LP's have to compete in Canada, perhaps in Europe for the legal medicinal pot - which Hexo has already nixed. But the legal MJ space is very restricted.

As I said in a previous post, the Dems need to get the house, the senate with 60 seats and the presidency to get things done, in particular an MJ legalization law. And that is a tall order.

Zaybure wrote: It won't happen. To get rid of the filibuster, you need 51 votes, fine but Manchin, a D, is against it, and even if you get 51 votes, Biden is against and will veto it. So the filibuster is there to stay for quite a while. For any MJ bill, you need 60 votes to pass it, and those votes are not there.

Being ready once US switch from illegal to legal is the good way to go :).

Jeez! You must be an important person to know that Biden would use his veto on that!
To know that he will go against 70% of the voters.
Come on man :p.

There is a difference between not talking about legalization or even not wanting to do it and using your veto.
Going against you own senate (that made it worked if it goes to president) and your own population (70% want it legalized) using your Veto would be a political suicide.
