Redecan Voting

Redecan VotingThe following will have the opportunity to vote on the Redecan deal...

-> HEXO Insider / BOD
-> HEXO Investors, both big and small who OWN their shares in their accounts

Each of the above will be casting a vote either for or against the deal, each share owned is 1 vote.

Those who will not be voting...

-> Those who are sitting on the sidelines waiting to see if the vote is approved (our spectators)
-> Those who only hold options, calls / puts or only warrants
-> Every single short share ->  Zero voting rights

Those who hold shares in a margin position cannot vote however the broker that lent out the shares CAN vote with those shares.  You can call up your broker to see which way they will vote with those shares held in margin.

Q

BTW.  I heard that the voting packages were out but I haven't seen mine yet.  Anyone here get their's already ??
