BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

RE:RE:Stop the BS!!!Had you actually read the News Release you would have noticed that there is no mention of the number of shares nor the price per share therefore it is not possible to discuss dilution.  Once we have those two pieces of information we can revisit the sales ratio formulas to determine if the shares added vs the incremental sales to be seen from the acquistions still pushes the ratio downward (a positive) as it does based on the information provided in the Redecan + HEXO investors deck.

The decline in SP was discussed a number of times on the forum and again covered by Rod in the PoW video posted about an hour ago.

If you trade the stock or not, it does not change my view, if you trade short or long, again, it does not matter to me.  My trades are based on my own view of the sector, my own view of HEXO and it's progress as well as what my calculated fair market value numbers are for the stock vs the sector comparibles.
