BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

I feel priveliged that you could open up and be so personal especially as you do not know me.

I wish i could wave a magic wand and help in some way, had we not sold the cottage last year i would have offered yourself and your wife a 2 week stay there and would not want a cent. Just to go and relax by the lake.

However i hate to tell somebody to put their cash elsewhere to recuperate even a minimum amount but i firmly believe ARU is going to do well in the next 2 - 4 weeks. I say that time frame but i think it will be sooner.
At .66 its still a great buy, i purchased 10 k, in increments because of volume and i have .62.

But then again i would feel absolutely dreadful and terrible if it did not deliver, BUT i do feel you have a chance of recuperating some if you got some shares.
