RE:Sector needs help

RE:Sector needs helpWhile there may be SOME truth in your comments, the cannabis LPs can take a large share of blame for putting themselves in the positon they're in.

The 'government' never told SSL and an incompetent Board to accumulate debt and issue new financing after new financing to acquire absolutely useless proeprties (when they spent hundreds of millions on 1.0 sq ft B9 to sit idle in their Gatineau facility - which still sits idle today)

The governmenrt never mandated Aurora to sepnd billions on greenhosue in Edmonto and Medicine Hat - to grow product for an over supplied Canada.

And for the black market - it existed when cannabis as legalized. A competent sector woudl have recognized this as an issue - they had California as an example and California still has the issue. It's not the government's job to level the playing field - the cannabis LPs need to compete with a known supply, that means quality and price.

I'd rather have the government spend money on health care and education than tax dollars fighting cannabis growers - when cannabis isn't even illegal.

And for cannabis sector investors - quit whining. Invest somewhere else just so you
