RE:Future not looking good

RE:Future not looking goodMr. Buffett

Thanks for your post.  I was going to invest but reading your comments makes me pause as several of your points are easy to verify and i agree.  But some of your points are contrary to what i believed.  Hope you may have some insight to a few questions.

1.  I thought that they have built a plant in Canada- isn't that where at least some of the sales come from.  Although i do note there a  committment to spend millions more that has not yet been incurrred.

2.  Is there litigation on the trademark issue- i did see that in the notes someone filed a claim but no provision is made but not sure if that is another issue- it sounds more like a sales agent who was looking for their cut.

3.  Are you aware those big customers are already leaving- i did note Quest was a customer and left but that was a while back.

4. The comments about China- i do see a couple of big shareholders but is there a lot more- any idea on what shareholder base looks like- i know liquidity is poor.  Hope this is not another SinoForest

Comments on governance

Thanks for your input- i really was looking at this as an undiscovered potential gem before i read your post
