If you look closely at the table-top banner you will notice that the company is no longer promoting itself as a dietary fibre compnay but rather a prebiotics company. That is a direct reponse to the FDA's ruling last summer.
Keep in mind that, like dietary fibre before last summer's ruling, the FDA does not yet have definitions and rules regulating prebiotics and the company's product is not recognized as a prebiotic by the Canadian government (Health Canada) and the Euorpean Union (EFSA). It makes you wonder about the company's new slogan - "It's SCIENCE! Not a game of Chance. VitaFiber Prebiotics. The sure bet." - doesn't it?
