Consequently, we do not plan to propose to amend the list of non-digestible carbohydrates that meet the definition of dietary fiber to include IMO as a dietary fiber based on this scientific evidence. Therefore, in accordance with 21 CFR § 10.30(e)(3), we are denying your petition.
