I held a small private exploration permit of my own in the province of alberta.  In order to keep it in good standing,  an amount per hectare per year has to be spent on exploration.  If these guys don't have money and are at 1 cent then what are they doing with all these other bogus properties.  Management stinks here whether it's strategic or not, They aren't doing much for shareholder value that's for sure.... I don't know why their spinout company ASP is collecting property in Saskatchewan either...?  Looks like they intentionally bite off more than they can chew.  I'm obviously not the only one noticing either.
