RE:RE:Level 2 AttachedThe way I see it this is a steady ascent. These values are sort of irrelevant. Its a small public float so it will get accumulated and we will go up. You will see spikes when buyers sense urgency. That could happen at any time. Best to have a position so you don't chase IMO.
