operating permit...

So, is there a basic standstill of operations due to the need to require a full operational permit? Does anyone know how long this will take?

It's going to be a while brother. We went over our property line essentially. So now we are waiting for the city to do a survey, so that we can finally get our permit. Until that time we are all stop.  I talked to G the other week and the city was supposed to do an underground survey that week. But we will still need to wait, upwards of 90 days for the permit to hopefully be rectified ...more

They went over property line.  Other boards seem to think up to 90 days to see how bad their boo boo is. Classic G

The other commenters are spreading fake info. Their permit was withdrawn because they exceeded the maximum surface disturbance for small mines. So no they have to apply for a "large mine" permit, which is much more regulaed than garage ops. Them might have to do additional constructions (tailings pond, wastewater treatment, roads, etc) at the mine site that can take years for other ...more
