It doesn't matter
This stock could be selling for .005 cents, when the herd shows up they don't care about the owner or the promoter all they see is here we have a sub penny stock with Silver listed in it's name and they will buy because they are fearful that there money is worthless. They also won't know when to sell if it hits 7.5 cents, a five bagger from .015. This is a gift and there are a lot of stocks out there that are selling for less than 5 cents but they won't be when the mania arrives. CHEERS!
