Exciting times.I'm backing Nelson on this one. He has got it right in Kenya and that was a very risky play where no commercial oil was present. Now he sold Lion and AOI and Tullow are reaping the benefits of his knowledge experience. East Africa is the new frontier thanks to Nelson.
Nelson did not want to sell out but realised that he would never be able to raise the cash to pursue the blocks. He sells out and now he identifies a field very similar to Shells block 25 km away.
they have identified hydrocarbons and this is as good as it get as for risk and reward.
I hold a a few here and wish I had more money to top us as the odds are very much in the favour of a discovery.
Nelson could very well create a mini AOI and this is just the beginning. How many people bought AOI for around a dollar then see the stock goto nearly 13 dollars? The brains behind East Africa was Nelson.
NElson admits himself that this is as good as it gets referring to the cost and the structures present and infrastructure in and around super majors.
this is just beginning and any good news and anybody wanting to get in will have to get in plus 40cents minimum. Add to that further understanding and lowering risk of the fields. is 1 dollar possible. All day long I think. Remember warrants at 30 cents will bring in more cash so very little dilution if any.
