someone laid claim to stake site of minehere i was this morning after seeing halt day dreaming on how i was going to spend my millions form salmon's 100 price valuation as i thought we finally got permit !!!
but not in this decade long dream....only to realize the halt was for another reason
as i understand it someone laid stake to a portion of our land where mine was going to be about 1000 acres out of the 20k acres booker has land lease
land lease is right to surface of land / stake is the minerals below the ground
not sure what the process is to lay stake or why booker did not lay stake again ? but obviously this is a money grab by some opportunists
1. stake by others may not be allowed as it thought you had to build something or show you were going to eventually mine
2. Booker i believe is suppose to get some notice ? 30 days once some makes a claim? i do not believe this has happened
3. gold commissioner is final say and has a month to decide if stake is granted
potential outcomes and result in booker stock
1. stake is found not legitimate and this is a non event
2. stake is found to be legitimate but obviously the people making claim can not build mine without lease / 10s of millions of dollars of project work that bkm has already done so we will be extorted by these opportunists for some dollars or shares to go away
3. stake is legit and the people laying the claim have to high an ask and or dont want the project to move forward unlikely but this would be worse case then bkm finally sues govt for damages and we get our lost share price and damages that should equal at least 20 dollars per share
4. the stock still has the value of thje lease, the millions in mining project and plan that has no adverse events and a strong claim for lost income and damages against the government. the stock will still be worth 20 dollars if not much more one day
5. this claim will cause booker 's plight to be in the media again ... highlighting the unfair way the govt has treated booker
6. it will get done , have patients , but with bkm its never the easy way !
