Pacific Booker's Environmental Assessment for Morrison has been refused. There is absolutely no chance of any certificate being issued without a complete re application, starting with a completely new SAIR.
As the Minister's Resons for Decision letter states, there are more issues than just the FN at play here. It is ludicrous to think that suddenly getting FN agreement would result in a certificate. PBM must completely re apply for a permit. Anyone who believes otherwise is a fool. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar.
