The Company is proposing an open-pit mining and milling operation for the production of copper/gold/silver concentrate and molybdenum concentrate. It is located within 29 km of two former producing copper mines, Bell and Granisle. The Company also holds a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located in the Omineca District of the Province of British Columbia.

So, with the AGM coming up in the next days, is there anything we can expect to accomplish from this meeting? Or is the hierarchy set with the shareholders having to endure more pain in the future?
